ElCzort: Best direction booklet, simple and accurate. Hardware laid out and packed well.
Design flaw in the side arm on right - large hole for threaded knob is on inside instead of outside.
Threaded screw on one knob also had a bend to it but didn't affect assembly. Reason for losing a star.
Seems sturdy and stable. As far as doing pull ups, well, I'm a hanger. Which is fine for now, it helps stretch my back out after 12 hour shifts on concrete, I feel so compressed end of the day and this helps alleviate that. I really prefer this stationary unit to a doorway bar - once you have one give way on you on the way up, you'd agree. I like that this unit has multiple uses as well and is very compact - small foot print.

LDLD: Disappointed. Box came with a few holes and rips. When opened to start assembly realized one of the major screws needed (a1 - m10x70mm) was missing. Can’t assemble without it. Top of one of the supports has broken plastic piece so part D can’t slide into the base support B.

Sonja: At first I was thrown off by the packaging. I couldn’t find the instructions, and tried to get an electronic copy for days. Eventually found it wrapped behind the back pad..
Once assembled the product has worked wonderfully. Although I have torn the arm pads, likely from user use.
