James Simon: The ball comes in two sizes. I'm a 5' 8" guy at 170 lbs and found the smaller version works fine. It feels very secure and stable being fairly lightweight, about 5 lbs. . It does come with a pump, though it's small and made of cheap plastic. It works but it'll take you a few minutes to inflate the ball. I also didn't realize the ring it sits also requires inflation. It uses the same pump but it doesn't take as long. The bands are adequate enough to give some resistance. The big bonus is the workout poster that illustrates about 40 different exercises that can be done showing that you don't need heavy weights for a full body workout. The instructions for the exercises are pretty clear, though to get the maximum results, form is everything. This will definitely strengthen you core as it's difficult to stabilize on the ball without it, but the trick is keeping it engaged in every exercise done with the ball regardless if you're sitting, laying back on top or supporting from below. This is a good purchase for those looking to shape and tone, or those looking to do rehab.

Cassandra Anderson: The pump that came with it was very cheap. I ended up getting a bicycle pump to actually fill the ball (although the attempt to fill it with the provided pump was comical and a decent cardio workout)

I should have gotten a 75cc. The ball will be a decent exercise ball and added it my dust collecting home gym. Unfortunately, I was aiming for a chair replacement to try and offset the many hours of daily sitting and my desk job. This ball was too short to be proper chair height for my taller desk and shorter stature (5’7”)

Kindle Customer: I'm very happy with the sturdiness and thickness of this yaga ball. The pump was a bit tricky because it was very flimsy, however; once I got the hang of it it did not take long to inflate the ball. After inflating, I let it sit overnight and then pump it up a bit more the next day. So far so good I haven't used it to workout with yet but I use it regularly as the desk chair from my home computer table.
