Tends to run warmer than the set temp. It's sitting in the room where most of the time is 20 degrees celsius, so maybe it doesn't like that.

Amazon Customer: Great looking little wine fridge. The two temperature zones are easy to set and don't fluctuate at all. The shelves are not spaced very far apart so bigger bottles like champagne only really fit on the bottom or if you take out a shelf. A magnum barely fits. This is ideal for a small colelction.

DavidH: So I was in need of two new wine fridges and wanted to be able to accommodate reds, whites, and dessert wines. The fridges arrived on time and in great condition. When I set them up everything seemed to be fine. However, one fridge couldn't control the temp on one side (kept going to 40 degrees no matter what I set it at). I contacted the seller to get suggestions on possible repairs. They decided to ship a new one without any hassle. They also sent a return shipping label for me to ship the faulty one back. I received the new one in less than a week and it works perfectly.
Wrap up:
CONS: Great customer service, I can't stress this enough. The temp range was perfect, allowing me to keep my reds at 55 and my dessert wines at 46. The fridges seem to hold temp very well and are quiet once they reach a maintenance temp. Very aesthetically pleasing especially with the interior lights.
CONS: I had to return one that was defective. While this would have cost it a star, the customer service made up for it. I wish the shelves were adjustable. However you can remove them when you need more space for bigger bottles.
Overall I love my new fridges. I've had them...

Eason: It's not a good idea when a mechanical cooler (no compresor)have All cooling fans at the back. Never reach the temperature due to not enough air flow to cool down the unit when it's inside a cabinet like a dishwasher

WABob: I've had this cooler for about 4 months now and it's been a solid product so far. I have it installed in an under counter configuration (caveat: we have plenty of ventilation capacity behind the unit) and haven't had any issues to date.
The dual zone temperature control is a nice feature and I like that the two zones are isolated from each other. I keep the left side at 62F for red wines and the right side at 52F for white wines and beer.
Bottles fit well for the most part, but I have had a couple that did not fit on the shelves. Thankfully, the area under the bottom pull out shelf holds bottles that are a bit larger, so it hasn't been a problem thus far. If you tend to have a lot of large champagne/sparkling bottles, you might not like the shelf spacing. Shelves have a bit of a cheap look to them, but they are functional. The light at the top is essentially useless because the top bottles will block it anyways. We never turn it on, but it's not something I really cared for anyhow.
As far as noise, the unit is fairly quiet. I hear it if I'm in the same room and it's running, but if I go to the next room, I can't hear it at all. Since it is a thermoelectric...

White shoes: THIS IS A RE-REVIEW: The original 5 star review is below. Everything was great until 1 1/2 years after purchase, then one side of the cooler stopped refrigerating! Warranty is 1 year, so no help from the manufacturer. Local refrigeration repair service estimated repair ( replacement of heat sink) at a MINIMUM OF $300.00! Obviously not worth it. Will have it hauled away, at my cost, and replace it with an inexpensive unit that won't bother me when it poops out.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This cooler has more than met my expectations. It was delivered in five days, and was very well packed. It was double boxed in heavy cardboard, with foam corner protectors, and other foam pieces in strategic locations. It was easy to unpack by opening the bottom of the boxes, cutting a plastic strap, removing the bottom protective foam, tipping it right side up and removing the boxes. The handles are easily mounted, and that is the extent of any assembly. My main requirement was to have a cooler that was as quiet as possible, as I had to locate it in my home office, approximately five feet behind, and to the side, of the chair in front of my computer. Wonder of wonders, it is practically silent, and I...

Kim Dyck: Works good. A little more noise than I expected. Only regular size bottles fit in the racks unless you take some shelves out. only had it 3 months and one zone has stopped cooling. Live in northern Alberta so no one here to repair it. Should last longer than 3 months. Definitely do not buy this item.

Kevin P.: Early days as I just received it yesterday.
Listing says “scratch and dent”. That’s accurate. When the box arrived I was a bit concerned as it had two big holes (I’d guess from a fork lift) through the front of the box. Inside, however... just a couple of minor dents.
I plugged it in and it cooled down to the programmed temperatures quickly and stayed there.
The wooden shelves look very nice and they work ok but I think the wire ones that come with the (less expensive) all black model are a little bit easier to load wine into and out of.
