LisaLou: I’m an older woman (50) & I bought this for myself. I wanted to mention that because I read a lot of reviews that said it was a great gift for a teenager. Its ok to wear it if you’re older too! That being said, I’m about 180 lbs, it fit about my neck but it was a little snug. I’ve ordered an extender. I’m looking forward to wearing it in a few days!
