Stay Cool with BUILTCOOL's Adult Cooling Towel

A: I work in the extreme heat/humidity with a bunch of extra gear on. I typically freeze the towels and keep them in a cooler throughout the day, using when needed. The towels are “cooling” and do feel great, initially. However, within minutes of 95+ degrees and heat index in the 100s, the towels are great for about 15 minutes. After this minute mark, you have to soak them and attempt to cool them back off. They do work and they are nice, however not good for prolonged time in the heat.

Witchy Lou: These worked really well out at padlock Cochella. Where the winds blow dust horribly and it can get very hot although for the first weekend of Coachella, 2023 it was not hot at all. However, the wind blew like crazy, and I used it to keep the dust out of my face.

Leslie Woods: This was just what it says just what I expected. I am a school bus driver and it matches my safety yellow vest as well as it would for road workers it is light weight it is long enough for a bigger neck or whatever I happen to do it like a scarf it hangs down the back so my chest does not get wet but it does cool I walk about at least a football field to my best several times a day and it certainly has helped me through the summer

Amazon Customer: I bought this to help combat this oppressive heat wave we've been getting this summer and it definitely has done that. I've been able to sleep at night comfortably and don't wake up drowning in sweat. That being said, its effectiveness can vary, depending on how you use it. For example, it works like a charm when its draped over my shoulders in front of a fan, or when I lay it across my chest to go to sleep. When its around my neck in the blazing sun, somewhat less so. But on balance, I'm quite satisfied with the purchase. it does what I need it to do, when I need it done. I can't ask for more than that.
