No putting it in freezer which is nice you just put the cooling towel in cold water from refrigerator & squeeze it out & shake it out & your towel is ready to use ! Plus after it's not cold anymore all you have to do is pull & snap the towel & it's cold again! Great to cool you off & wonderful for headaches

cassandra finucane: We took a trip to Florida this august and these helped sooo much and I would recommend if going to Florida and the amusement parks. It was 100 degrees there, and standing in the lines for sometimes an hour was hard. These made it a little more bareable. They are a good size and it was nice that everyone had their own color. They were big enough to put on top of our head and it still covered our neck. I would recommend
