Al: The media could not be loaded. In in my opinion the retriever is kind of worthless. The little plastic thing works great when you put it onto an old Club. then it works terrific.

valerie b: The screw-in ball retriever for the handle of the item does not screw in. Would appreciate replacement that is functional. Otherwise the scoop is lightweight and that part works well

John Bocade: I originally gave this a 3-star rating, but after going back to the course a third time, the retriever actually worked, for the most part. It is somewhat flimsy, so it doesn't really do well when it is extended to the max distance, but it does work for the most part.
