Amazon Customer: I also saw these on a FB feed and remembered thinking they were pretty clever. We have decent cabinets but the core is MDF and eventually, one of the hinges pulled away. I thought of using slightly bigger wider diameter screws but decided to give these a try. Worked perfectly! Easy installation but suggest using a hand drill with a high torque setting when screwing the original hinge to the plate (the screw holes in the plate that correspond to the screw holes in the hinge base are really small and I wasn't able to screw the hinge to the plate with a regular screw driver. The small hole diameter assures the screws will hold the plate to the hinge tightly. Literally took less than 5 minutes and the cabinet door is back on.

Tools. Electro. DIYTools. Electro. DIY: Bought one set and fixed our cabinet door. Works perfect. But I have to drill 2 holes to fit my hinge. The pre drilled hole doesn’t fit.
