Steven: Very elegant design - spacious yet efficient, love the wood, and smooth function (lock, popping the lid, etc).
My only complaint is that mine had a few scratches on the surface finish (which don't appear to be part of the finish).

Iris Burrows: I bought this as a push present for my husband, he has a nice watch collection and nowhere to put them. He loves it. The wood grain looks so nice in person. The watch pillows are hard and are cheap, but they get the job done and I like the jute-like material. None of mine were damaged like in some reviews, but you can tell they are cheap and almost like an afterthought.

Karmen Parker: This watch box is definitely asthesticly pleasing. It is a durable box, and perfect for men's or women's watches. The pillows were a bit underwhelming just because the material used was scratchy, so if you have a delicate band or worry about scratching up your collection, I would definitly wrap the watch pillows in a different fabric or make/order new cushions for the watches to sit on. It is big enough to where you can also use some of the spaces as cufflink holders, or for other smaller jewelry pieces. It is a nice item without the hefty pricetag that has several uses. The only thing I would've liked would have been an option to lock it.

KanangaKananga: Not sure I received a new item. Box seal was cut through and retaped in a few places. Overall looks "ok" but arrived with a large scratch on the front (see pic), one side doesn't close properly, the hessian pads smell very strong of chemicals, which has permeated my entire watch collection, even when they're on my wrist during the day - can still smell the chemicals. The pads are also very rough/sharp and uncomfortable to handle and the material appears to be coming off the foam in places.

Item was shipped from USA to Australia so not sure if worth returning, might just keep it, but for the money, would have expected a better quality product. Wouldn't purchase again.

Josh: I bought the 21 slot box for my ever-expanding collection of watches. It looked pretty good in the pictures, and I'm happy to report that in person, it holds up to scrutiny. Nicely finished, and reasonably sturdy. The pillows are covered in a very rough burlap material and could definitely be better; be aware that they CAN actually scratch up some of the softer leathers on your straps at first. They DO soften up with a bit of use, but you may wish to expedite that process by hand washing them in hot water with some fabric softener before using them. I did end up using them, because despite the initial scratchiness, they do look handsome and fit the spaces well. Very pleased with the box and would definitely buy again.

Happy Homemaker: This is a really nice watch box. The lid stays up when opened, the glass in the lid is a really nice feature and it is glass not plastic. The box is solid wood which makes it sturdy. The latch works just fine. There is a "pillow" for each watch in every section which is keeps the watch secure. It is a reasonable weight not so heavy as to make it to cumbersome. Some of my shorter watch bands don't fit all the way around the pillows but that is not a problem. The pillow are big enough to put 2 watches in each section this is great because my husband and I share the box. We are very pleased with this purchase.
