Nik: Works well and lines up easily, takes a while to get alignment right but once you’re used to it the time is quick. Great fun for kids. The only down side
Is 6 batteries AAA are required which doesn’t come with the product. For what the product is I feel
That the price could be better but overall if kids are smiling then that’s all that matters

tigAIR38tigAIR38: Wir haben uns diesen "Laseralarm", der eigentlich ein LED-Alarm ist, nicht zum spielen gekauft, sondern als "Alarmanlage" für unser Gästeklo. Da soll nämlich unsere Katze nicht rein, obwohl es ihr dort hervorragend gefällt.

Jetzt heult der Alarm kurz auf, wenn sie sich reinschleichen will, sie schreckt zurück und wir können ihr einen Platzverweis erteilen. Optimal!

Klappt zuverlässig und ist sehr lustig.

Astoria snapper: These are fun for a patient child. It takes a little work to line up the LED with the sensor target, but once set it is fun. We are caught in this trap all the time, and hear laughing from another room when the alarm goes off. Poor cat too.

M G: Works great; however, they are pretty difficult to line up with the receiver. It took me, a grown adult, nearly 10 minutes to line them up with how sensitive they are. It was next to impossible for my 12-year-old and her friends to set up. Also, understand that they are infrared beams, making them invisible to the naked eye. Some people expect a visible beam, which these are not.

Janet Lussier: I was pretty impressed that this Trap Alarm arrived so quickly, and was super easy to set up and ready to defend the spy perimeter in a couple of minutes for my spy daughter. This 'Lazer Trap Alarm' uses very bright LED lights to create 'Lazer' beam that once crossed trips an alarm. The sensor portion has 2 sensors for each of the LED lights to aim at which provides a V shaped perimeter. The beam was visible at quite a distance, of course the farther away they are from the sensor the more tricky aiming them is but the harder to spot ;) These can be positioned at differing heights and angles or you can span 2 elevated surfaces for a fun game of 'Lazer Limbo'. I am surprised SPYX didn't include this idea with the instructions. Nicely built and convincing enough for the amateur spy to add to their kit.
