Patrick Goetz: I love the way this spice mix tastes, but I live in central Texas (often high humidity), and within weeks it was a spice cake rather than a spice mix despite only having been opened 2-3 times. The loose plastic disk covering the can doesn't keep moisture out. So I'm just using it to make infused olive oil. Certainly not a loss, but not the intended use either.

Pamster19: Excellent spice. I buy boneless skinless chicken breasts, butterfly them, sprinkle some of this magic spice on them- but not too much- a little goes a long way! Souvide them for 30 minutes at 150° and the. Throw them on a grill. So good! My husband likes to make a salad and sprinkle this spice in it too. Another way we have used this spice is to make some pasta (usually thin spaghetti), and pour some olive oil in it and add some of the Tuscan- it is amazing! If I had to pick a flavor I taste the most, I think it is oregano, but it’s very subtle. It’s a perfect blend of spices with a bit of warmth. It’s excellent for all the aforementioned, and shrimp too!

Jean Bartlett: I've been making my own dipping oil with fine olive oil, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, Kosher salt, and fresh basil and parsley when available. This seasoning combines much of what I want, so I only add a little more salt and fresh herbs. (obviously, the oil is on you!)
