Fixer of things: I am on a low carb/ low saturated fat / low cholesterol diet so I cut out most dairy, especially cheese. I used to love to put a couple of slices of American cheese in my scrambled eggs but those days are gone so now I make my scrambled eggs with high quality olive oil and add some of this stuff and it's out of this world.
