Amazon Customer: I have been looking for this option in my local grocers and can't. I can occasionally find shriveled up ginger pieces. I guess ginger isn't a popular flavor / ingredient in my area. So this is a shout it to Amazon and Amazon employees for making it possible for me to have some ginger in my fridge. The product is perfect and I will buy it again.

Shelly: This is a great idea to easily get your ginger intake up since handling ginger can be a bit cumbersome. Easy to put in teas even smoothies, but it's getting pricey and sizes seem to get smaller. Though I do love it.
