Amazon Customer: When I found the hot version of this, it change my hot wings up. If you want wings without the source that aren’t salty, this is it. I literally have people say “I didn’t know they made hot” and I’m like try it. Next thing I know I’m having to order more because I’m running out. I do wish they sold this in the larger size as well like the original flavor. If you haven’t tried this version TRY IT!!!!

Mark Pidgeon: I absolutely love this product and have been buying it for years. It is my favorite all around seasoning! I use it on or in anything Cajun or creole. It really brings out the flavor in the food, especially jambalaya or gumbo. I like extreme heat and have a huge hot sauce collection, and this has a very pleasant mild heat to it. It really is delicious. I like it on a lot of other rice dishes too. I cannot say enough good things about this product and how it makes food taste better.
