I thought these capri work out pants had more cotton in the blend of materials. They are now polyester. They fit according to measurements. It wasn’t what I thought but they are good leggings for the gym or with a longer sweater or a shorter dress.

Pants aren't baggy at all, even though a fabric content has a very high percentage of cotton. They do not have a typical yoga waist but I find the small waist band helps keep the pants in place during workouts.

These are really cute tights but Ive bought several pairs and they get a hole in the thigh area or the crotch seam starts to tear after a couple months of wear (about 2-3 times a week).

Talguy's wife here. I bought the leggings. If I could give these 100 stars I would! May you never be leggingless again. Best leggings ever. Ordered the capris in a size small length petite. I am 47 years old, 5 feet 3 inches tall. They fit beautifully. Look like capris not leggings that are too short. Put them through the same test that I had the Danskin Women's Essentials Ankle Legging. This was a rigorous test since I remember the legging when it first came out. I also know the legging of present: cheap, thin, saggy, baggy, hangs in the crotch and basically unwearable after 2 months.
I put a pair of these on and wore them for 3 days. I put on the white granny panties (we all own a pair) and bent over in front of a full length mirror. You could not see through them, no VPL, and no signs of stretching out when I stood up (leggings that is not my butt). I knelt, squatted, sat, bent and stretched in these things doing a variety of activities for 3 days! Not a sag, bag, droop or sign that they had stretched out. Nice substantial material...just like the days of old!
Nice that the waist band comes up high. Not a fan of 'low slung' anything as I always feel like...
