john smith: For years I always wondered how can I not be embarrassed and be confident for “moments of opportunity”. Well this is your answer. Before this I was able to enjoy anything until the “main event” took place because of worry that I wasn’t “prepared”. Now I am! Super easy and super quick. No worries!

My only complaint:
is that it does look a little “makeshift”... the bulb portion has some obvious areas at the opening where they could have smoothed some spots.

Cleaning:
I just put some hand soap in the bulb, add some water, shake it a little, then squeeze it out the adapter. Then I wash the adapter with hand soap and let it dry. Tahdahhh!

Steven C: Couldn't be happier with my purchase, great price, great product. This Superior Enema Bulb does just what it's supposed to do and does it quite well. The bulb is real rubber and you can tell buy squeezing it, very pliable and easy to grip. The 8 Oz bulb holds a sufficient amount and handling and squeezing is not difficult. The nozzle is smooth without any sharp edges and with a bit of lube can be used without discomfort. The tight fit of the press-in nozzle tip make for absolutely no leaking during use and is very easy to remove for refilling and installing the tip back into the bulb take very little effort as well. There was a good number of these enema bulbs to choose from and I certainly made the right choice with the Superior Enema Bulb from Soulgenie

Peter L: This bulb seems very well made. The walls of the bulb are very thick, but also very flexible. So, it's easy to squeeze. The nozzle is quite smooth and does not cause any discomfort. Best of all, it doesn't leak when you squeeze it, like other bulbs with a screw-in stem.

My old one actually sprang a leak in the side of the bulb after about 8 years, even though it appeared to be of similar construction to this one. So, I hope this red one will survive. Still, I'd be happy to get 8 years out of it.

My only complaint is that it is very difficult to get the nozzle back into the bulb after filling it. And, not removing it to fill the bulb is not really an option for me. I can't seem to get it filled completely, unless I take the nozzle off and fill the bulb directly. That's the way I've always done it. Maybe, not the best way, but it's what I'm used to. I've ended up using the nozzle from the old bulb, since it it ever-so-slightly smaller in diameter.

Other than that, I highly recommend this Enema Bulb.

Leo Volont YouTube Messiah: Why does it have to be so difficult to perform an enema. When I started enemas I was lucky and got a good one or two quart rubber bag... must have been beginners luck! It didn't leak. It was the kind that you could screw the cap and hose attachment down, so that when you were using the bag you could give it a good hard squeeze to get the fluid moving. With the open ended bottles, you only have gravity and water pressure to do the job, but what if your bowel is impacted and obstructed, and water simply does not flow in? You can try to order the Screw Top Bottles, but read the Reviews -- they all leak or they are so thin they pop like balloons the first time you squeeze them. I guess the Chinese don't know what they are for, and besides, they are paid to make the things, not to test them. so I stuck with my large Open Ended Bag, that I can't squeeze, but decided to use a small bottle to start things off -- to break through any impacted obstructions. At first I used those little Store Bought Enema Bottles... but they pop too. So I read the reviews and got this thing. My God! The top does not screw on! the Red Bottle Thing just has a slot bored into in, and the White Tip thing has a...

KrustyCow: What's to like? At least the nozzle is one piece unlike the blue one that screws in (those don't hold and also leak around the threads).

The BAD? The nozzle is held in SOLELY by friction. "held in" is a misnomer. Unless you are VERY careful and squeeze VERY slowly AND with little pressure, the entire nozzle pops out and you and the bathroom are flooded with water. I would call this a VERY poor design and could have been easily fixed. Might be OK for simple irrigation purposes, but for an enema cleaning? No way. Look elsewhere. Even the blue bulb ones are better and half the price. Even when they leak.

Yes, this one also spurts water when inserting the nozzle as others say. Annoying product.

Minor update. The issues above are STILL valid. However after some use, and at least with MY water, some mineral calcification (hard ground water!) has occurred around the insertion stem into the bulb. The calcification is rough and therefore helps hold the nozzle onto the bulb better. It will STILL pop off at times, but I don't have to be as careful. STILL a design flaw and the nozzle should have a better retainage system to the bulb. Overall I have to say I like this...
