Amazon Customer: These are NOT noise cancelling, so don't make that mistake. They do, however, have great sound quality and are quite comfortable. I love using them for video calls at work because it's actually better when you can hear your own voice a little (I gather that's why podcasters seem to all use these exact headphones). I also love how long the chord is.

Fadzai: Sony 7506 headphones are the best, I had many headphones and none reproduced the frequencies like the Sony headphones. Very low end to high frequencie response. I use them for mixing and mastering, highly recommend 😁

Robert MC: I really like those headphones, good sound and they are comfortable. You have the option of a 6.35mm audio jack adapter and 3.5mm audio jack included.
The only problem with these headphones is the wires, they are to much exposed, they don't last long. They are not protected enough. The mounting is poorly designed. If you're not careful enough handling these headphones the wires will severed after 3 or 4 years depending how often you will use them. This is my 3rd pair of headphones in 12 years. I don't want to waste my time fixing it every time. For me it's easier to buy a new pair.

nicholas: I'll start off saying these are indeed the Sony Mdr7506s, so don't worry about it being a knockoff. I made sure to check every sign I could find to ensure these were the real deal lol. Now onto the actual review, I've seen a lot of people talk about this in a really professional manor with certain critiques that I honestly found extremely nitpicky, and just a pompous show of knowledge rather then a genuine review. On the other hand I've found people blatantly say they suck for general use like music, gaming and calls. So I'm going to try to clear all that up in this review, in short they are great, I'm loving them. Adding to that, I've been using them for gaming, listening to music, calls, I've also used them with my Amp to play guitar and I've found it to fulfill all these purposes really well, they sound extremely full and detailed, which not only adds to the experience well listening to music but also any other activity. The sound staging is great and I find my awareness in game to be completely equal to or better then my dedicated gaming headset before these, when coupled with the better audio it makes for an all round beautiful experience. Bob Lin: These are pretty good studio headphones as they have a relatively neutral sound, actually surprisingly close to the Harman target response with a 4 dB boost in the 4-8 kHz region for enhanced treble detail when monitoring, in addition to bass extension that extends well into the sub-bass, with roll-off occurring at around 40 Hz. They're also decently comfortable too and don't get too hot during extensive usage.

Unfortunately these aren't perfect for a number of reasons. Firstly, there is significant roll-off after 10 kHz making it so that sounds above 11 kHz are practically inaudible, making the overall sound feel more congested and lacking in air (even using EQ doesn't really resolve this issue as it's really hard to EQ properly above 10 kHz). In addition, despite saying that they're comfortable, if you got really large ears, they not only will not fit properly inside of the ear-cups, but they'll also make constant contact with the mesh which may be uncomfortable (though its fine for most ears).
