Soft & Protective Baby Mittens - BabyBliss Anti-Scratch Mittens for Infants

J: I bought a few different versions from other sellers and these were the only ones that will stay on a newborn. Recommend these id you need for early on.

K sen: I have bought these 4 times. first two times they were perfect and fit my baby correctly but the last two times , I noticed that the wrists were larger for some not all.

I was looking for anti scratch mittens that my baby won’t be able to take off easily however because they may come non uniform it’s like a 50-50 scenario , it can be great or really bad. as all of them are colored similarly i can’t even distinguish between a good one or bad one.

I love the ones that are correctly made while the ones that had loose and proportionately wider wrists in the same size are the worst and force me to double or triple glove my baby

ADDY: I absolutely love this mittens, I bought so many different kind even more expensive i even bought 1 pair of mittens that cost $15 & still wouldn’t stay on my baby , These hold up great and I love that they come with the garment bag so we aren’t constantly loosing them in the wash, by the way I washed them several times & still looks brand new!
I find this style of mitten to be the best & it’s not expensive at all , if it fits to tight make sure you stretch it first with your hand then you can put on your baby,They stay on well and don’t have to Velcro or tie like the other one I have !
This going to be a gift from me to my friend & my sister in law they just found out they are pregnant I’m sure They will going to thank me 100 times lol .

Jocelyn: We’ve been using these sleep mittens for a few weeks now and not once have they fallen off my 4 month old in the night. He sucks/chews on them constantly and he’s never managed to pull them off like he could with every other brand of sleep mittens we tried. I was worried that his hands were too cold at night and these definitely did the trick, not to mention saving him from little scratches all over his face from his nails. I was almost a little worried that they would actually be TOO tight in his arms at first, but just giving the fabric a quick stretch before putting them on made them just snug enough. The mittens come with a handy mesh laundry bag to wash them in so as not to lose them but I actually just use the bag as a backup first aid bag when we travel. The only thing that bothered me about the mittens was the color scheme. White, cream and lime green. Being a matching freak, I was hoping for some other color options like grey or light blue, but color aside, these mittens are the best.

Esther & Vinny N.: My son has a tendency to scratch himself up when he cries at any moment of the day. He recently (1 month now) started scratching his head and pulling his hair (no hair has fallen out... yet.). I know it’s all a part of self soothing but I couldn’t wash his hair during bath time because he had gashes. I tried my best to clip and file his nails but even with all the clipping every other day and filing nails, it wasn’t working. His newborn mittens kept falling off him and I was using socks. I didn’t realize they made mittens for older babies. I am so glad they do!

I even purchased Cloud Island sleep and play footies that have mittens attached.

These are great quality, soft, fit him well. I knocked off a star because of the colors. I have green, white and cream. The cream is extremely light, even in broad daylight it gets hard to figure out which is white and which is cream, it’s annoying when doing my sons laundry. Other than that these are great and I’d recommend them in a heart beat.
