M. Williams: I mean this is toilet roll. I’m not really sure what to say other than my wife did a lot of research and mathematical calculations and cross referred to the benefit to the planet and decided this was good value. In my mind it’s an expensive “lifestyle” product that’s in a nice box. It’s too expensive but I wanted to please her and prove my love by quite literally wasting a load of money. By way of a proper review it is good quality. Very strong and appears very long. We’ve now moved to another bamboo brand which is not bleached and is even better for the world. Yet when it arrived each roll was individually wrapped. Why? How is that good? Anyway if you want to do something for the planet take the toilet roll and show it to your child. Take one end of the toilet roll and tell them that this toilet roll represents a timeline of the history of the earth. The first sheet is when the earth first existed. Roll it all around the house, go in loads of directions. Show them how long it is. Then draw a line a few millimetres from the end of the last piece and tell them that is the point where humans first appeared. And look at the mess we have made of the the place! Not an eco...

Veronica: I have been buying bamboo TP for several years now, generally 48 in a box at a time. This one comes in 4 to a pack, & the price very slightly more expensive. Since my big box was delayed I ordered this to try it. Very pleasantly surprised - Very soft & still strong ! IMO better than my other ones. However - the price is a consideration. If this manufacturer supplies bigger quantities at a little better price I would switch ! But the convenience of getting these 4 packs the next day is also a consideration. I SEE THEY NOW DO LARGE PACKS OF SAME ROLLLS - MY ONLY ISSUE IS - ARE THESE REALLY THE SAME ROLLS OR WILL I FIND TOO LATE THAT THEY ARE SMALLER OR EVEN NOT THE SAME QUALITY ? WE GET CHEATED BY SO MANY SLICK ARTISTS IN MANUFACTURING THAT IT MAKES IT HARD TO TRUST ANY MANUFACTURER THESE DAYS ! I AM CONSIDERING WHETHER TO RISK MY MONEY ON A 48 ROLL BOX !!!

Scarlet: Carta davvero morbida e super resistente, molto superiore alle carte "tradizionali" e questo è un aspetto secondario. Con poco più di 1€ a rotolo (per la confezione da 48), quindi leggermente di più rispetto alla carta tradizionale, si fa qualcosa di buono anche per l'ambiente. Certo, i rotoli sono un po' più corti rispetto a quelli "super lunghi" in commercio, ma penso che comunque ne valga la pena. Completamente soddisfatto, continuerò ad acquistare questa carta senza il minimo dubbio, anzi proverò anche altri prodotti di questo marchio.

HoHe: Wenn ich meinem Po beim Gebrauch dieses Toilettepapieres einen Spiegel hinhalten würde ,so bin ich sicher ,dass er mich anstrahlen und für die Aufmerksamkeit ,welche er verdiene ,bedanken würde .Viel weicher geht es ja nun wirklich nicht mehr .Bisher mußte ich auch noch nicht das hinterlistige Problem erleben ,dass Toilettenpapier seine Neigung ungebremst auslebt ,häufig nicht an der dafür vorgesehenen (perforierten )Stelle reißt (.Möglicherweise ein wertvoller Hinweis an Konstrukteure tragfähiger Konstruktionen).

eoJ: I bought the 45 roll option back in April 2022 for £26.59 (59p per roll). Since then it’s gone up in price to £35.99 (80p/roll, non-subscription price). You can currently receive up to 25% off subscribe and save for the first purchase.

So, compared to the usual Amazon Presto Eco toilet paper I’ve been buying, which costs a fair bit less, this paper I have to say is somewhat disappointing. I was surprised to see the overall review score was very favourable since my first (and current) impressions were quite subdued and disappointed.

It was hard to believe the paper was actually 3-ply as advertised as it’s so incredibly thin in comparison to the quilted Amazon Eco toilet paper. But yeah, it is 3-ply all right. 3 very ‘tracing paper like’ thin pieces of paper stuck together mind you. Surprisingly smooth feeling I thought. But I don’t ever buy the velvety or blamed options and I’m a fairly unfussy adult male with a (typically) not overly sensitive derrière.

Ok, so how is it in use? Well, I’m going to make a few people blush here but as a folder (and not a scruncher), to be on the safe side I have to use 3 pieces (each wipe) not 2 as I do with...
