Cliff: I actually bought this to use and do use it as a seat for when WFH. The ball seemed a wee bit light when pumping it up, but once inflated it is fine. The ring at the bottom is good for me as it means the ball does not roll away. I have not used the exercise bands. They are not high tension but I think they would serve the purpose.

Lauren: I love that it comes with the extra ring for the ball to sit on, it has made it practical for me when working on a computer for hours at a time.
I haven't tried any workouts on it yet, but I hope to soon!
I love that it also came with it's own pump.

Amazon Customer Lori K: Update: The seller was very quick to respond to my msg about the ball having a leak. They sent a new ball, which arrived today and it works perfectly. Thanks for being so quick and considerate. I would definitely buy from them again. 😀
The base was easy to inflate, but too big for the ball. The ball had a hole in it from a crease in the fold of packaging. Unable to use it. It won't hold air. Not their fault. Contacted seller, will update when they respond.

aRJ: I bought this product bc I’m at my menopause weight & age & I told my doctor I would do my part - I’ve never needed much exercise but as I get older and face the horrible “M” years I realize my body/weight is not the same and I need to do something and after good bit of research I chose this bc it’s low impact, works core body, & I can increase if I need to. I haven’t had much of a chance to use it yet bc you’re supposed to let it sit at room temp for 24 hours then inflate 80% then sit another 24 hours at room temp, then fully inflate & sit another 24. It seems to have inflated properly, I feel secure sitting on it, etc I like the stability ring that comes with this one- to secure the ball and the resistance bands. I’m really looking forward to using it more and more each day.

Miss JL Martin: I broke my pelvis 6 months ago and am now able to sit and do some strengthening exercises. This ball is great especially with the ring as i am confident that its stayed in the same place!

Lori Anne: Ordered to get exercise that would increase strength, muscle tone and flexibility. I have had back problems and this ball has worked great to help build muscle strength at core, and helping ease back pain. It is a very sturdy ball and base. Please not to inflate exactly as instructions recommend. If you don’t, the ball will not fit the base correctly and the ball will be less stable. Arrived as promised. Slight plastic odor that went away 24 hours after being removed from packaging. Pump to inflate ball and base works great.. item comes with a great graphic poster display of recommended exercises.
