Snuggle Safe Pet Bed: A Microwave Heating Pad for Your Furry Friend

Richard: My puppy loves when we take this out the microwave as she knows it's time to snuggle up in bed. As soon as we place it in her bed she will immediately curl up on it and we know it keeps her warm throughout the night as it is still warm to the touch in the morning. The only downside is that my puppy has easily managed to take the Velcro off the cover and chew the lining on the inside so definitely need to keep a close eye during the day.

KEVIN T POWER: Bought this for my new 2 month old kitten who came straight from the mom. I advice putting it under a blanket as it does get warm. But it’s terrific and provides warmth to a new or elderly cat for 10 hours. Kitty goes willingly to bed to sleep on this product!

ThebestAJ: Bought for my 3 cats as it gets insanely cold in my room especially as winter is nearing, at night I heat this up and toss it into their kennel bed for my cat who prefers to sleep alone instead of with me like the other 2, and I heat it up again in the morning when I leave so they have a toasty place to hang out while I’m gone, they absolutely love it and I actually need to buy at least one more as they fight over who gets to sleep directly on it! Stays warm for nearly the entire night/day!

Cindy R: I need to put it on for a longer period of time than what it states because it doesn’t get warm enough. But other than that, I heated up in the evening, and in the morning, it’s still warm for the outdoor kitty that I’ve been taken care of. It keeps him nice and cozy.

ANONYMOUS: Wish it was a bit larger. Also it is basically a hard disk with a fleece cover. I thought it would be soft. Given a choice my cat prefers a soft heating pad. This however is safer and will stay warm for 10 hours.

NoNi10: I use these for my feral cats the sleep in the garage during the winter. They appear to be a hit with these guys as they snuggle up in the cat beds we place out during the colder nights. I follow the recommend heat times listed right on the Snuggle Safe. I have two elderly inside cats that enjoy them as well.

Bernardka Vesel: I bought it on my vets recommendation. Easy to heat up, microwave for 4-6 minutes and its warm for puppies. Puppies craw on and off it to regulate their temperature. Covers are easily removed, washed and dried. Best purchase for a heating source for puppies ever. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Maroha: Works great! I'm not sure if it's my microwave, but the temperature of the pad isn't the same between heatings - sometimes it's super hot, sometimes it's warm. Also it can't be reheated until fully cooled - I wish it could be reheated once it stops offering sufficient heat (even for a shorter time in the microwave) but I haven't been brave enough to try. Overall, a great alternative for a heating pad.

KK: We were so looking forward to trying this product out with our bunny! When we opened the product, we found that customs must have drilled a hole into the pad and placed tape over top (see picture).. thus making it unsafe to microwave :( very disappointing. Considering this does not reflect the product itself, I am still giving 4 stars for "what could have been" a great product. Canadian buyers, beware!
