Herrera: El producto llego con la tinta toda derramada en la tapa del producto. de los tres plumones, además de que al parecer fueron envalijados así pues la tinta del color blanco estaba super seca.

Alexandria Barcelona: It's a pain in the butt to get these started, but once they are going, they are a dream. I found the best way was to wet the bristles before starting to twist the base.
One of the pens *did* leak in transport, but as I ordered multiple packs, one leaking out of almost a dozen pens isn't honestly too bad.
