This has a tendency to get clumpy and thick. It helps when you ready the directions. It says to run under hot water and shake periodically. It worked!

Ordered three and all were well within the expiration date. Unfortunately, two of the three had yucky lumps in them and something was a bit off about the texture of the liquid part. There were pieces of topping that solidified into dry, pasty little chunks...despite being suspended in a bottle of liquid. I tried shaking them, and melting them, but nothing worked. The issue seemed related to how these were stored and/or shipped. So we got one good bottle, and my hubby was happy enough that I am giving two stars, instead of one. Too late to return.
