FLJan: I liked the built-in light and it is easy to use. I guess I was expecting my peach fuzz to not reappear so quickly? I was definitely pleased after the first use but am just surprised that I'll need to use it more often than I thought. It wasn't uncomfortable to use at all on my face, but using it on my legs was pretty useless. It would take forever so will just stick with a razor there.

Palmjay: The product is good and does what it's supposed to. Easily removes the stiffer facial hairs, but does have a hard time removing the peach fuzz type hairs. I have to push harder and go over the area a few times for it to remove them.
The main reason for my 3 star review is the seller...I don't like liars.
When you get this there is a card in the box stating it's a sweepstakes. You scratch off a box and it tells you if you won one of three prizes. I scratched mine and I won an extra head. So I emailed the address on the card explaining what I won. The seller asked how I liked the product and I said I liked it. She then asked if I could leave a review and send her a screenshot, but she would still send the head out anyways.
Well, I didn't leave a review then or send her a screenshot. I wanted to see if she'd really send the new head like she said, but I'm still waiting on it and this was before Thanksgiving.
She needs to learn the meaning of sweepstakes. A sweepstakes is something you win with NO strings attached! If they expect a review first then they need to reword the card and not call it that. But what really irritates me is she lied. She said she'd still send the...

I'm so embarrassed to admit my problem. I've dealt with facial hair on my chin since 11th grade and it's just gotten worse. I used to shave and then I plucked, then shaved and plucked. It's very much damaged my skin and left scars on my fair, sensitive skin. I didn't think this would really do much and I was scared it would leave stray hairs. I'm VERY self conscious about my chin. It's a daily struggle.

I decided one day to give it a try and I really like it! I do make sure to have a little water on my face so it glide's easily. I'm not actually sure if it's waterproof to be honest but so far three months in, no issues. It really does get a close shave if you press hard enough and it's easy to use on the fine hairs on my upper lip and face. It's kind of freed me from the plucking, which is no easy feat! I feel like plucking has damaged my skin so anything that gets me to pluck less is great!

Also, because it's girly looking it's less embarrassing for me. My son recently asked about it and I just said that it's a women's shaver and he just shrugged and said, "Oh, okay." Most women have fine hair on their face and now it's...

Goldens4Ever: Although I received this product almost 2 months ago, I have waited to write a review until I used it a couple of times. Every time I use this product, I am amazed at what it does and wonder why I waited so long to order one. I went to an electrolysis from the age of 14 to 21 for hair on my cheeks, chin and upper lip. From the age of 21 until I went through menopause, I had no problem. After going through menopause, the hair on my legs diminished as well as I noticed less on my arms; however, hair was, again, growing on my face (chin, upper lip, under the bottom lip and some cheek hairs). I checked into laser treatments, however, I was told that it's only good for dark hairs and, although I did have dark hairs, I also had light (gray) hairs and the cost was expensive. So, I tried electrolysis again, which was painful and, although it killed the root of the hair, hair would appear in other spots on my face and chin and it was expensive as well. I used tweezers, but this took a long time and I didn't get all the hairs. I tried the hair remover spring, which worked to some degree, but you could feel the pulling sensation - not pain, but a twinge. I also tried the battery operated...
