David Crawford: Many of the folders weren’t assembled correctly. Where the binding part is they were very poorly installed and therefore the folder do not fold correctly. Cheap price but you get what you pay for. I think there were 6 out of 10 that were ok.

Orchards Highlands: We use these for our employee files given we need tabs for professional licenses, company forms, employment forms, background checks and then educational certificates. And this still leaves us the first tab for as needed documents. They are study and hold up well.
There are two reason I'm not giving them 5 stars.
The first is simply if you want to buy the "red" folders, they are actually a rusty brown. Not an issue for me BUT it's not the color you see on your screen. I also wish they had two more colors but that's on me.
The second is the holding splines are centered. That might sound like a "Duh!" but by doing so, the papers often get crushed up against the spine. If each spline had been slightly off-set left or right (depending) on the position in the folder, then these would be perfect. You can avoid this problem, of course, by just making sure when you're punching holes into your document, you slightly off-set the punches.
