PetePete: I ordered my barn door and accidentally picked one that didn't come with the door hardware. So I ordered this set separately and I'm very pleased how it turned out. All it took was drilling two holes with proper spacing, the handle on the inside and the grabber on the outside. It looks great and feels rock solid without any play. Booya!
