Kindle CustomerKindle Customer: I ordered 8 of these for 2 sets of double barn doors in our house. The color varied from black to light brown. 4 of them were sticky. So I cleaned all of them with paint thinner and painted them all black. They now look awesome. I take off 1 star for the color variation and sticky residue but for the price I still give 4 stars.

* The cast iron feels heavy and very well constructed that will last for many years
* Rustic look is amazing and blends in easily with my barn doors
* I've got big hands and my hands fit easily to open and close my doors
** Doesn't come with hardware, but it is only six screws that you can pickup at the hardware store easily. I'm glad that screws don't come with these handles because everyone's project is going to be different and what they send might not work**

Marbid3Marbid3: These are absolutely beautiful. We were looking for something for our sliding barn door my husband made out of reclaimed barn wood and these fit the bill perfectly. The cast iron is solid and they have that old rustic look, very authentic looking, as if they came from an old barn. We have searched several other websites trying to find something and even looked at the box stores, but they all looked too "new" and fake. If you are looking for something with the old barn look, these are it. Hopefully you can get a better look for yourself in the attached photo.

Matthew Mayer: These are beautiful with a lot of character (not smooth, looks hand made). They're large, have a good weight, and feel very sturdy. They feel like a very good quality. They are definitely a brown color. I think I will give them a quick spray with matte black spray paint before hanging to match my hardware, but I have no problem with that and it should be noted that it's a very quick cheap, solution. I definitely recommend these handles. $10 a piece for handles this large and this quality is a great price
