My ceiling are 10ft and also vaulted up to about 16ft so this is shining on my ceiling about 12-13ft up and still very easy to see

SS: Maybe I got a dud but the indoor temp is off by at least a couple degrees. Even with its own remote sensor sitting next to the clock. The built-in indoor is off. But what is more annoying is that the clock runs slow. After a few months, it has lost 2 minutes. Maybe I got a dud. My last clock like this was very accurate but died. Thought I would save a little money on this one.

Other than that, the display is good, projection is bright. I like that you can flip the projection.

Kindle Customer: like the temperature settings. Loved time/temp image on the ceiling. Liked being able to darken the back light at night. Could not figure out how to set daylight savings settings or am/pm setting. Wish I did not have to keep it plugged in 110v.

David Hacker: Easy to set up. Directions were easy to follow.
I was quite used to my previous projector clock till the outside temp module failed.
My only minor issue was the size of the projected time & the temp was much smaller than the previous one I had. I found no adjustments on the clock to adjust the projected size.

PHAPHA: I have used Dr Prepare projection clocks for years. Since I have had them fail pretty quickly, I decided to try a new brand to see how it compares. First off, the instruction manual is WAY easier to understand. It appears to be written in English as opposed to written in Chinese and poorly translated. The projection is very clear at all the distances I tried (5', 10', 15', and 20'). Love that there is a physical button to turn on and off the alarm function so I don't accidentally turn on the alarm when changing the settings. It has 3 different dimness settings, so at night it does not light up the room, but I can still read it during the day. With the Dr Prepare clock, I had to block the display because it was too bright. Finally, the biggest plus is that the clock does not shut off every night at 1am, 2am and 3am like my previous clock did. I wish I was not awake to see it, but it was super irritating to wake up to no projection and have to wait 5 minutes for it to come back on after searching for the correct time. So happy I took the chance and tried a new clock!
