Andrea & Jason: This scale is fantastic! Absolutely hits every requirement. I had the Fitbit Aria scale back when it was $100 and purchased this one to replace it after it gave out just like every other piece of fitbit garbage I've ever purchased. This one is inexpensive, the app is great, it integrates with various tracking apps out there and coordinate well with the kitchen scale and digital tape measure. After using this for a couple of years without any problems, I bought a second one to leave at my parents for when I go to visit. Buy this! You won't be disappointed!

Dan: This scale is simple to set up, atracted enough and durrable (I've dropped more than I want o admit on it already and it is fine). The app is easy to set up and provides nice over time graphs that appeal to my sense of making lines move up or down over time.

If I have to come up with complaints, the box it was shipped it could have been sturdier (though there was no damage) and you d need to have your phone with you and the app open to properly record everything, but those are minor quibbles at worst.

Kit T.Kit T.: I love this scale so much especially that it comes with the app. I was preparing for a beach trip for my 15th wedding anniversary and this helped me stay on track. I was not only able to track my weight but also my overall BMI, body fat, muscle mass and so much more! The app is so easy to use and helped keep me motivated seeing the changes every week. I highly suggest this scale if you're looking to track your weight and inches. There's also a tab to take and track measurements, which I did not use, but very beneficial for anyone on a fitness journey! It's also very user friendly. You just create an account and then hop on the scale with the app open (set it on the counter, do not hold it while weighing as your phone weighs about a 1 lb). You can even register multiple users!

Carlotta: I really like this scale. It’s compact, durable, super easy to use and I love that it pairs with the (free!) app to log all the data. And man it logs a lot of data. Body fat percentage, subcutaneous fat percentage, skeletal muscle percentage, muscle mass, bone mass, protein percentage and on and on. I don’t know how accurate it can possibly be with that given that its only measurement-gathering comes from me standing barefoot on the platform. Having said that though, just because I don’t know how the technology works doesn’t mean it definitely doesn’t. What I do know is that the weight it records is off by about 5lbs. This works for me since I’m more monitoring fluctuations than recording the actual numbers, but if accuracy is your thing this might not be the scale for you.

Est: Sadly this weight etc scale works and shows the depressing reality. It is really good at showing you the information you need about your health at a good price.

Rohini: Easy to Use; Provides a base line point of certain health indicators - helps to track them in relative basis. However, I don't think these are accurate to the medical grade.

For those of us committed to changing our body shapes, this scale seems to give you the hard data you need to do it right.

NOTE: I'll confirm this definitely or not over the next 3 to 4 months and come back and update this review. Until then, I simply can't give it 5 stars yet. But that's only because I can't be certain yet. If the product continues to demonstrate its apparent accuracy to me over time, it will more than deserve 5 stars. In the meantime, this does appear to be one of the most accurate scales on the market today--and the price is fantastic!

I rarely write reviews. But this product seems to be a game changer for those of us committed to living more healthy, losing fat and/or gaining muscle. I'm both a fitness and tech geek, and this product meets me in both places in great ways. This review is my way of showing thanks.

I used to have an OMRON bluetooth scale (ugg, do NOT get that!!!). This FITINDEX scale shows that I have a much lower bodyfat percentage than the OMRON scale, by over 10%! I always thought the OMRON scale was wrong, because it said I had a 30% bodyfat and I just didn't have the belly to show for it. This...
