L&I: Jeans were nice. Big around the waist They do not have adjustable waistband. I'd recommend if you're into sagging pants.

IdgyAnneIdgyAnne: Normally my 6 year old son wears 7-8 pants. He's tall and solid.. They only had a size 8 in stock so I ordered it thinking they would fit just fine. Unfortunately, (as you can see in the picture) they are way too big. I got them for a Halloween costume. Aside of the sizing being way too big, they seem like nice pants. Good quality.

cdale8: My kid wanted "cool" clothes, but we have a hard time fitting him in anything other than track pants -- which is fine except you can only wear Adidas Tiros so many days in a week before your look gets tired (or you look like you wear the same pants every day to the other 4th graders). He's about 60 lbs and 53 inches tall and usually fits in slim/adjustable waist size 8s, or size 7s that then end up being an inch or so over the ankle (He wears a size S in the Tiros, but they're baggy in the thigh). I really thought these skinny jean 8s would fit him based on the questions and reviews. They arrived with Fred Marshall tags (hm, not quite in description), size W8. The length is about a half inch too short, the skinny fit of the legs is fine, but the waist is super large. He really wanted to wear them to school, though, so we belted up and he wore a longish tshirt to cover the folds and buckling of the waistband. I'm hoping they shrink in the wash -- then the waist might be closer to the advertised 25", although I worry about how short they'll become.
