Kindle Customer: Nicely made and the carbon fiber makes it look stylish. Very compact, that i find myself having a hard time finding it sometimes. Huge difference to that enormous leather dad wallet i used to carry.
Allows you to just carry the bare essentials like your id, a few cards, and a few extra bucks on the clip.
I do find myself using tap pay on my phone of late, so i rarely need to pull it out of my pocket. However its still nice to have in case you need to go to it

Joseph Dains: I switched from a paper wallet that I used to use and I have been happy with this purchase. These types of wallets have always interested me and I was happy to find one with a reasonable price tag. Build quality it feels solid. It also comes with all the tools needed to work on it which is a nice touch. I personally don't use the money clip so I ended up removing it. It was an easy process and looks just as nice. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a slim wallet.

Kirtus: I didn’t like it at first I was used to the traditional wallet after a week or so I got to liking it. It’s nicer in the pocket I’d recommend

Chris ForsterChris Forster: It’s very thin compared to my wallet but that being said, it’s difficult to get only one card out at a time, unlike my regular wallet. If I had a dozen cards in it, and had to slide all 12 cards out to find the one I wanted, it would be really annoying!
I put 3 credit cards in the wallet to get an idea as to how it works. I tried to only get one card out at a time but found that all three slid out and I had to pick one the one I wanted.
My regular wallet seems to have expanded to hold everything that I have in it and when it’s in my pocket, I know it’s there, but with the minimalist wallet, I can hardly tell that it’s in my pocket.
I watched the video with a guy explaining how it works and he said the money clip slides out very easily; that is so not true, I can’t even get it off at all! I don’t want to force it off in case I damage the wallet.
Summary: it’s thin.

BobboBobbo: No knocks on the product itself. The build and materials seem fine actually and are quite nice. As you see in the pictures, I bought the FirstVIP money strap version (left) , the FirstVIP ID card version with money clip (middle), and the Mountain Voyage money clip version to compare. Essentially, from all that I researched online (including those I don't have, as well as those costing more than $50), no matter the brand/price, these are all basically the same quality-wise, with a few minimal differences in card accessibility (tension straps). Generally speaking, you'll probably either love them or hate them for their general design and use case.

1. You're not putting any of these in your back pocket. They're small, yet still noticeable, hard, metal bricks. This is my main gripe. Basically, you're having to use a front pocket which means your keys, knife, flashlight, phone or even appendix carry options now need to be considered and possibly moved around. Like, do you want to move your phone to the back pocket and put your wallet in your back pocket or keep that traditional? Do you want to swap any of those other EDC setups around to accommodate a front pocket wallet carry?...

Donald Lepine: It's ok, having a hard time to remove my cards from it and don't like the money clip as it's too bulky for my pocket and don't trust it. I do however like the feel of it.

John SJohn S: I've been thinking about switching to this style wallet for a while, but the price of the main "name brand" was a little too much for me to pay for a wallet. I stumbled across this one day on Amazon and thought the price looked good and the reviews seemed positive and pulled the trigger.

Another reason I was hesitant was because I carry quite a few cards (between ID, work ID {more on that later} credit/debit cards, health insurance etc etc) and wasn't sure this would hold them. To be fair, I did cut a few out that I don't use much in person and could easily be stored at home. As you can see from the pictures, I was able to squeeze quite a few cards into this thing and it feels good, not like it is going to break or anything.

That said, it's made well. the outside covers are thick (I also like the aesthetics of the wood grain print) and the nylon like bands that keep it together and able to be opened and closed seem like they will last a lifetime.

Also, one of the reasons I got this wallet is because of the sheer bulk of my old school leather bifold wallet that I kept in my back pocket. I've been taking quite a few 5+ hour drives every year and within an hour...

LanceRoberts: Very compact, good money clip (removable)
Holds cards safely yet easy to access!
Has its own repair kit should you need, extra screws and special screwdriver included.
Warrantee for life
I have seen some similar ones costing way more!
I’m very happy with my purchase Mountain Voyage Co.
