First use, it rained fairly hard for over 18 hours. The only water to get into the tent came through the door, as it was opened/closed. All in all, good bang for the buck.

CSO1340: I'm giving this tent 5 stars even though one of the inside straps broke (easily fixed by just knotting it). I'm extremely impressed with thing. Sets up in a few minutes by yourself but much easier with two people. The fact that you don't have to empty your truck bed to set it up is why I selected it. Highly recommend if you are thinking about a truck bed tent.

Blakeley: I spent a summer living in my truck and this made it so easy to set up anywhere quick. My gear broke down in my truck bed into storage containers, I'd whip this out when I arrived where I wanted to set up and I could st everything up from inside the tent. I wish there was a way to attach to the cab and crawl through from inside but it was fine as is. It didn't fir perfect but I had a smaller older model ranger and it was workable. Didn't use it in a whole lot of weather, just some rain. It was fine. I'd by it again for anther trip like that.

Matthew: Great tent, very simple to set up and easy to use. The only thing I wish you could change about it is allow the doors zippers to move in any direction like a standard tent. Reason being, we used a 16” tall air mattress, and the zipper has to be at the bottom corner near the passenger taillight. It was a far reach down and tight to get too. But I will be replacing the mattress over the tent. Tent is great! And for anyone trying to size a mattress, we fit a queen size blow up mattress into the bed of a 2018 f150 short box with no problems. Very tight, but fit 👍

Scott: Fabric was easy to tear. Quick and easy setup once you get the hang of it

Blake MBlake M: Fit on a older GMC Canyon pretty well
Setup was very easy, keeps rain out for the most part other than a bit on the tailgate. Many comments about the zippers but if you don’t yank on them they work well. Only complaint is the price is pretty steep for a basic tent like this.

staciestacie: The door opens kinda dumb. It only zips one way. You have no choice but to open it from the bottom. It was a pain. Also although it goes up SUPER easy it was a very tight awkward fit around the door area near the tailgate. I tried everything & it just seemed to be too tight. I made it work but I feel like it shouldn’t have been incredibly tight around the tailgate area. I got the right size for my bed, I played around with straps & shifted it around a lot to try to solve the problem but it just didn’t feel resolved. I’d buy a different one if I were to do it again. I saw another one on Amazon that was grey with lime green trim came up upon searching “truck bed tents” it looked taller as well as had a better looking door. It’s be great if you could stand all the way up inside it. This one you can’t.

Caitlin Horner: We bought this tent on a whim on a Thursday to go camping on Friday, I know, talk about last minute prep and planning. Anyway, it arrived at my door Friday afternoon, you just can't beat that one day shipping! We were super excited to sleep in this thing but unfortunately we were not able to get a camp site until Sat evening. So we get to the camp site, decide the best location for the vehicle to be parked, and start to put this puppy together.
First, I'd like to comment on the construction of the tent. The storage bag is really nice because when I tore this tent down the following morning I didn't struggle to get everything to fit back inside the storage bag. and we all know even with some folding chairs their storage bags are a pain in the behind to get back in the bag it will make you literally want to toss it in the camp fire. I was surprised to find that there was only 3 poles to install.. and they seemed made very well. The tent material itself is of decent quality and the stitching held up very well considering on some points of the tent during the set up I really stretched out.
Now to the set up. It took me a few minutes to try to interpret the instructions...

metalpurist: So, I have not even fully used the tent yet, it went up in about 30 minutes, inside of a garage, it appears to be maybe an inch or two short on the tailgate bag section. As you can see in the other reviewers photos of his Ram 1500 setup, the tent does not get taught near the rear end and is tight to the rear taillights and it makes the door a big floppy mess. Since lining the tent up on the truck is difficult because it is too small at the cab side, one end goes over the 90 degree cornernof the bed, and then you go to the other side and it's too short, so you have to have someone line it up and hold it while you try to wiggle the other side in place, then you go to run the C cords down to the sheet metal to clip it on and low and behold. The did not give you enough strap to reach the bottom of the truck's sheet metal, so you end up having to jerry rig it down in the crevace between cab and bed to try and make it reach something to clip to. Add the issue with lining the tent up over the bed rail corners and this makes for some stupidity. The D clips and cord that are supposed to over lap the A cords attached location are a bit ridiculous as you have to stuff it behind the bumper...

Jesse Ruston: The people who say this is hard to put up have never set up a tent. It’s super quick and easy to put up by yourself. It rained the first time I used it and I stayed dry other then one little puddle under the zipper on the tailgate.
