Marc: I had salmon at a friend's house, and he cooked it in his smoker with this product on it. It was the best salmon I ever had. At my house I made the salmon in the microwave and while not quite as good as the smoked salmon at my friends, it was still very good. A little goes a long way for a Cajun taste.

JJO: This is my go to Cajun spice on grilled chicken. It gives the skin a little crunch and great flavor. 16 oz size per container. It's heavy with sodium so that may be a concern if you're watching your diet.
