Harris: it ok works but the velcro is too small if the arm is over 1 inch and using the zip ties work but are looking like it is a make-shift fix.... but works so I will not return.

Amazon Customer: I have an exectutive chair and the straps on this were too short needed to be about an inch long I was really bummed because it looked like it would have worked perfectly

Syedz: Why couldnt they have provided longer straps, these dont wrap around standard arm rests
atleast they provide cable ties un-disclosed in item description, but leaves it wobbly

Virginia BookloverVirginia Booklover: I have an office chair with a bit of a tilting mechanism. I also prop my feet up on a stool while I work, with the keyboard on my lap. Mousing was a problem: even though I use a trackball mouse (Logitech M570) which can go anywhere, this meant I had no surface at all. I had to rest it on the desk nearby which was tough on my elbow and shoulder.
I stumbled across this tool (and many similar) and decided it was just what I needed.
Pro:
- Solved the elbow joint problem!!
- Wrist rest portion is comfy
Con:
- Really only works with a trackball if your chair tilts at all. A regular mouse will try to roll away and thus moves the cursor on the screen.
- The included straps are not only too short in general for any kind of padded armrest, but the spot where the hook / look changeover happens means you can't securely fasten it onto any but the thinnest armrest.
- The included zip ties mostly solved the problem but the thing is a bit wobbly
Not criticisms per se, but some thoughts on how it works out in real life:
- If you use the arms of your chair as support when sitting down, or standing up, the one with the support is basically unusable - too...

CCpet: A bit pricey but if it fits your chair you might like it. My chair doesn't have adjustable arms, so it was not comfortable for me. But if I didn't think of that, it's pretty cool to lean back in your chair and work with the mouse.

Truth: Overall it is good, wrist support is nice and squishy, pretty sturdy. Its been amazing to help for my back/shoulder pain. The only con and most annoying thing about it is there is no edge around the mouse pad area so if you turn you chair fast or have a tilt chair your mouse will side off and fall on the floor if your not fast enough to catch it. I am trying to think of a hack that I can do to it to add an edge so my mouse doesn't fall apart.

Mel: The straps aren't long enough ( as so many people have mentioned already), so I removed two of them to make room for the special ties that were included in the package. It's plastic, so it can be a bit wobbly, but it works as needed.
I used a folded facecloth make sure the bottom wasn't digging into my computer chair arms, and then I used the special ties to hold it in place. All in all, it could be better, but it is useful to have.

Dave K: Really great piece of equipment. I am a serious PC gamer and have been for many years. My many setups have varied quite a bit over the years. At this point, I know what I need to make me comfortable for long gaming sessions. I need my mouse arm to be supported, so I don't have to hold up my arm. That reduces fatigue and pain in my elbow, wrist, fingers and shoulder. I need a wrist rest to take the stress off of my wrist. I use a high DPI mouse and don't really need to move the mouse much to get a lot of movement out of the mouse cursor. So a wrist rest is perfect for me as I rarely need to move my hand and it allows for more comfortable gaming sessions. Those are the two most important postures for your mouse hand.
This awesome mouse pad straps to the arm of your computer chair. When I looked at it I thought, there's no way this thing is going to be sturdy, I'm probably going to have to modify it to keep it from moving around too much. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the 3 included straps actually keep it anchored very well and it doesn't have much play once tightened down. It has a pad for your forearm. It's not really padded, but it is reasonably comfortable...

RS: I was having shoulder pain when using my computer mouse on the desk. I noticed I was hyper-extending my arm/shoulder to use the mouse. This product works for me, being a senior citizen. I need new ideas. I attached it the arm of the computer chair and now NO more pain in my shoulder.
