This is a fodmap approved food if you follow that diet. It adds a nice spicy flavor to foods. My only complaint is the packaging- wish the opening was larger, when you near the end, it's difficult to scoop out the remainder. We also store this upside down due to its' thickness

This mustard is by far the best and more scrumptious than any other mustard I’ve had. Consistency and flavor with the right amount of spicy heat. It’s pricy but worth it.
