J. Mcginnis: Update: The company reached out and made things right. I really appreciate them going above and beyond.
As many of you know, when you're doing a renovation, you sometimes buy things a month or more before you'll install it. This was my case. After I got it installed, it wasn't functioning. I checked the power and determined it was good, and that the issue was the air switch. The hose that connects to the switch at the counter was brittle and not making a good connection. I cleaned out some of the broken plastic and shoved the hose back into the plastic nipple. It's currently working, but I'm worried it's a matter of time before it stops working. There's no reasonable way to contact the seller and Amazon sticks with their 30 day return and won't even try and help.

Davin: Overall the product works and looks great on the counter. The only downfall was the adhesive backs provided did not hold. We bought some new ones that are designed for more weight and it has been holding strong for a month now. It does have a screw hole to mount but I just did not want to put a hole in my cabinet.

bagz_galorebagz_galore: The OEM Delta air switch is over $300cad. This one is half the price. Colour does NOT match but for the price it can be overlooked. Doesn’t look terrible together. Easy to install. Can’t speak to long term use just yet but so far so good.
