Amazon Customer: At first, I thought I had to just install and normal switch for my sink disposal and since it is in a new island that I built, I was going to have to install it inside which meant opening the cabinet door every time anyone wanted to use the disposal. Fortunately for me, a friend who is a builder said, "Uh, no! Look for this switch that works on air pressure. It can be installed right into your sink." Sooooo glad I asked his opinion. Works with little pressure every time! Five Stars!

RogerMager: If your Garbage Disposal switch is a REACH? You might consider this option. Easy to install... other than you will need an 1 1/2" HOLE saw or Granite Hole cutter to cut through the counter top surface you have. . Other than those tools required, the rest is a piece of cake! With the right tools, it's a half hour install.

Cookie: We remodeled the kitchen about 4 years ago and I had bought one of these at Lowes (color didn't match but it was all they had). It broke within 2 months and I just never replaced it. Bought this one and the contractor had it installed in a matter of a few minutes. It works great and it's been in about 3 months now. So far so good... And it's the right color! :-)

mike: Great product… Our house wasn’t wired for a garburator, So I’ve always had to turn it on with a makeshift under the counter power bar.

This installed insanely easily in like 2 minutes (assuming you have a soap dispenser hole in the counter) and works perfectly….

Simple as that. Worth buying

Whitney Somerville: The switch works great. Ended up transferring the switch to a plastic receptacle box so I could hardwire the system in (rather than the plugs) but it’s came with all the hardware to do that. Only reason not 5 stars is the switch bezel sits a little high. I would have preferred it to sit closer to flush to the counter top.
