Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: Some people might think these little letter molds are a little flimsy but they are actually perfect and it makes it really easy to remove letters without breaking. Just fill with your melted chocolate, smooth the back of the letter, pop it in the fridge for a minute or two and there you go. I used them to make letters for these baby cake pops. I am very happy with this purchase!

Kaboo: It arrived just on time when we had to make letters for a smash cake - it was easy to use but had to make sure it cleaned well before we used it from another set of chocolate lettering. We took a earbud dipped in a hot water to ensure that letters were all clean.

Geoffrey Siu: I just used mine for the first time using Candy Melts. Unmolding the letters was very easy!

Here are some tips:
-After you fill your mold with chocolate, whack it against the counter. Hit it really hard against the counter to get the air bubbles out. Because they're small shapes, it's really easy for bubbles to get caught in the corners and will ruin the shape.
-Make multiples of letters. You never know when you'll screw up.
-Because the shapes are so small and close together, overfilling is inevitable. Crack off all the overfilled areas before you clean the mold. It's a lot easier to remove hard chocolate than melted.

My one complaint for this mold is that it's a little hard to clean. I need to get a cleaning brush to get into the nooks and crannies otherwise chocolate will get stuck there.
