LB: This blade is technically for the Silhouette Curio, though the Cameo can use it as well, as long as you understand the Cameo's limitations. The Deep Cut Blade is perfect for thin craft foams, felts, thin magnets, and some other materials under 2mm thick. It is not a ratcheting position blade, the depth setting is a smooth turn, which may help you get the precise thickness you need as it is very important for thicker material to be as accurate as possible.

The potential issues I have found is that first off, you must realize that the Cameo only has so much cutting power. The Cameo can only push down on the blade with 210g of force, a little under half a pound. You won't be cutting through real chipboard or plastics with this thing, the Cameo is a craft cutter, not a water jet.

The second is turning radius. The deep blade can cleanly cut basic simple shapes in thicker material like foam, though it can snag or miss inside corners. While you can do pretty much anything you can think of with some thought as to make certain cuts, I suggest that continuous cut lines do not have any turns that exceed about 80 degrees.
