Purchased for use on green (wet) wood, (for harvesting firewood) and they are brilliant, razor sharp so treat with respect.
I can’t specify how long they last, but it’s in to years, and they’re still razor sharp.

Madelyn Manos: This is the best replacement blade since the last time I bought a Bahco blade . Cuts dry wood small logs well also.
I've had great service from Bahco pruning and cutting tools for years. I'm not going to buy any other replacement blade going forward.
