brenda: These are nice jeans are comfy and seem well made. However if you have a big booty and small waist they may not work. The 18 was too big in the waist by a lot and the 16 I couldn’t even get on. They just aren’t designed for super curvy women, I’ve got a big booty and small waist.

Kristin BurtonKristin Burton: For reference: I’m 5’8, slender/not curvy, shorter torso/longer legs, weigh about 145lb. Waist ~31”, hips ~39”. I got a size 8.

These are super cute. Great fit, not too stiff. I like that the cuff is sewn into the seam on either side of the leg so that it doesn’t come out completely. I do wonder if the cuff might come out a little janky after washing just because the fabric is lighter weight. That being said, I like that the fabric is not as heavy for summer so I’d take my chances and risk shaping a finicky cuff.

Only con was that it had a small gap in the back, but I don't have a big booty so that could just be how it fit me.

I tried both the Stormy Sky-waterless and the Crystal star colors and liked them both.

I would have kept them but I personally needed something a little longer, so I’m returning them. But I think they’d be a great option for others!

BarbaraBarbara: These fit great! I was a little concerned because a lot of the other reviews said that they ran small but for me they did not. I bought my true size (14) and they were perfect. However, I ordered a lighter color and as you can see by the photos (sorry for the dirty mirror) they are much darker. I'm cool with it though. Also they have a chemical smell to them right out of the bag so will definitely be washing these before I wear them.

Amy H.: I ordered according to the included size guide and I couldn't pull them all the way over my hips. If you are near the top end of the size I would recommend sizing up. Perhaps I happened to get a pair that was on the small side of the allowable range. I also found there was minimal stretch to the fabric, so I'm not sure why other reviews have stated it's very stretchy. I will be returning and trying the larger size.
Edit to add: I ordered the 20 and it fit well through the waist and hips, however it was very tight around my thighs. I feel I have thighs that are proportionate to the rest of my body, so be aware. This may not be as much of an issue if you're shorter (I am 5'9" but do have short legs) as the hem will fall closer to your knee. The hem falls 3/4 down my thigh.

LeeLee: UPDATE 2: third year in a row buying these shorts for summer they are my favorite! I wanted to give an update on sizing because I’ve been working out and lost weight. I am now 5’4” 121lbs and size 2 fits perfectly! Although my shorts from the last 2 years are still in great shape they don’t fit anymore. These shorts last for a long time. :) I am buying 8 new pairs for this summer in size 2 because they are literally all I wear lol! I used to hate shorts but with these they cover my cellulite and give me confidence! No more long pants in the summer. Yay! I also started to order my step daughter these because her school dress code requires girls to wear longer shorts and she likes them as well. She’s 5’3” 135-140 with a straight figure and she likes the way size 4 fits.

UPDATE 1: I ordered these last summer I think? I still am loving these shorts! I am back to order more for upcoming warm weather here in Texas. Black is finally back in stock- yay!
