Mommy23: They are the best pens out there. I work in banking and these are fabulous.

Tiffy Lea: Writing in purple ink makes me think of my mom, so I typically buy boxes of purple pens at a time. I’m glad that I got these this time, because I have a couple of the other pens and different styles but they write so smooth. These are a good quality pen, as well as being a pretty typical thickness. I haven’t had any trouble with scratching, except for one pen that I messed up. I accidentally dropped it in a candle lol. The comfort grip really does help make it easier to write with these for a longer period of time for me.

Ame M.: Love these pens! As far as I can tell, this brand model is the only pen that comes in Bold ink (1.0) and the colors I use are pretty vibrant (blue, black, green, red). I have been using these pens for a while now, and I'm sure there are competitive brands out there, which I will be checking out. But for now, if you're looking for a gel pen that is bold ink, Sharpie has it! NOTE: Due to the bold pen points, pens do not last as long before drying up and makes it difficult deciding on purchase because price is $$

Shelita Augustus: I want to take a moment to share my admiration for these pens, which have become an essential tool for both my school and work life. These pens have undoubtedly earned their place as my go-to writing utensil, and I couldn't be happier with their performance.
One of the standout qualities of Sharpie pens is their exceptional longevity. I've relied on these pens for extended periods, and they consistently outlast other brands. Even with frequent use, they maintain their ink supply remarkably well, ensuring that I'm never caught in a situation where my pen runs dry during an important task or note-taking session. This reliability has saved me countless moments of frustration and inconvenience.
When it comes to the writing experience, Sharpie pens truly excel. The boldness and vibrancy of their ink create a visually striking result on paper. Every stroke is clear, crisp, and effortlessly bold, making my writing stand out and catch attention. Whether I'm taking notes during a lecture or preparing a presentation for work, the confident lines produced by these pens add a professional touch to my work.

S. J McCartin: I've used sharpie pens for years usually to mark notes on things where the ink has to last, it's kinda new that they're pushing their way into regular writing instruments. I like the color purple and if a pen is available in purple that's what i'll buy so I was excited when I saw these come in purple. I can't tell you yet how long one lasts yet. The biggest issue I have with pens that float around on my desk is that something invariably gets on the tip and makes them refuse to write, so far haven't had the issue with these. The ink is dark and blotproof, the tip is a smooth ballpoint and they are retractable with a clip should be perfect to keep in the purse and I would expect the ink to survive well stuck in a hot tool box etc. If you're picky about your pens these are made in a few sizes of tip .05/.07 seems to be my usual favorite for writing checks and general notes. I need a pen that will write on any old scrap of paper I put down and sometimes on weird stuff like thermal paper too, so far so good. I even tried it on a corner of a small plastic bag and it worked. That's a big one if you have a need to write on labels, this looks like it will do it well. I just hope when I get...

Brian Courtade: I love these pens! They have a substantial feel to them and are ergonomically designed to be slightly thicker and more comfortable to grip than a regular ball-point pen, especially if you have a lot of writing or note-taking to do. The feel of the tip on the paper is smooth and flowing (kind of a cross between a felt tip and a ball point pen). The ink -- which you can get in multiple colors, including black, blue, red, purple, and green -- flows smoothly and provides a crisp, clean line which on most smooth finished papers does not bleed (widen) significantly nor bleed through. Also, like the regular Sharpie pens, except on glossy papers or non-porous surfaces, the gel is dry pretty much instantly, but without the classic smell often associated with a standard Sharpie. My pens have always been black with a metal "waist" band the color of the ink, or silver for black ink. Good value for the money but CAVEAT (WARNING): My coworkers seem to like them at least as much as I do, so they (my pens) have a habit of sometimes wondering off, so I have to keep an eye on them. Come to think of it, that might apply to my coworkers as well.
