Jie-Jie: Product itself is absolutely fine, can’t fault it, though the colour is a slightly odd olive shade rather than dark blonde. The container is light, neat and compact but it took me at least 30 minutes to work out how to open it and broke my nails trying to prise it open. Finally in a rage I literally broke the lid open with a knife so that it now sits lidless on the shelf and I can’t carry it with me in luggage. If anyone can advise me how to open this container without bloodshed I’d be most grateful for what is otherwise an ok product inside.

SEP: Use this to fill in my hairline under my bangs where my hair is a bit this. Also helps when my colour has grown out along the part. A pretty good colour for auburn hair. I tried the red but it was too garish.
