Looked cheap and the pipe barely threaded into the flanges before they got tight. Would make leveling them tough without using the right tools and techniques to tighten them without marring them, so you could back them off to keep them tight but get them level. I ended up ordering something different. I should have returned them but I ended up just tossing them in the garbage. Maybe ok for shelving, but go elsewhere for table legs

This is NOT plumbing pipe. It does have the look and it is painted black as indicated. I was going to just buy plumbing pipe but I’m really glad I bought this instead. Pros - comes as a kit. It’s already painted and screws together easily. Cons - not as strong as plumbing pipe but that’s not an issue for me. I’ve got the look with less work!
