Justina Loughridge: I ordered the cranberry red and its definitely not that. It's not the dark red that it looks like in the picture. It's not the engine red or even apple red, just a basic red with no depth. Just dull red.

Zer0pinions: The ONLY thing for me that kept these from being 5 Stars is the size of the plate. While I like the fact that they are a bit bigger than my old plates, that slightly bigger size means they tend to lean over and on to each other in the dishwasher instead of standing upright with space between the plates. Perhaps that's an issue with my old-a$$ dishwasher, but if you have even a bit of OCD, that may bother you enough to keep it from 5 Stars.
Overall, really happy with this set, to be clear.
