Amazon Customer: I bought this for my dog thinking it was an oatmeal flea and tick shampoo because my dog has very sensitive skin so I have to be careful what I buy for her. It's not oatmeal unfortunately but decided to give it a try anyway and I absolutely love it. It doesn't dry out her skin and does help with preventing fleas. I dont know for getting rid of fleas since I stay on top of my dog for fleas cause shes highly allergic and gets hives everywhere if she ends up getting them but since it prevents them I don't see why it wouldn't get rid of them. All in all I love the way it smells and gives her a very soft shiny coat. I recommend doing it monthly like the directions say to have max effectiveness. I sobt like giving my dog a bath so often with her dry skin issues but this doesn't make it hard at all and works wonders.
