A lot of stuff happened in this book a lot of characters died or almost died and the war was resolved. Rhe book ends with a great cliffhanger that shows that although the humans have made peace with each other there are now new threats out there.

I liked the series before reading part 6. Now, I love it!!! The author creates the right atmosphere in order to empathize with the character. You must read it to believe it.

Rev's Mum said it all, I have been waiting for him to finally realise what we have seen from the other side of the book.
I would wish him happiness forever but, he lives in interesting times.

This book was many things but I felt it dragged a bit in the end. The winter survival scenes were some of the most hard hitting scenes i have ever read. And finally, we are back to humans vs aliens

Another dam good read about rev and Milo and there story's within the marines and there visit to oopps there I go again giving the story away. Get the book and read you will enjoy revs antics

The war between the MDS and the Union is escalating. The marines are sent in to destroy a secret base on an ice planet that is doing some unknown research. They successfully attack the base but their route off the planet is cut off when the MDS attack their space craft. The marines need to fend for themselves while a much larger MDS force including Karnans, play cat and mouse with them! Miko gets badly injured and Rev cannot let her go as he realises how much he loves her.....
You know of course they will get off the planet - Rev is the main character after all....
The MDS then attack the home planet of the Union in a last ditch attempt to get a victory. The title kinda gives away how that pans out......
But the epilogue brings things full circle .... Can't wait for the next one!
