Mom of 3: My dog hates getting brushed especially with slicker brushes, he won’t sit still and often runs away when I pull out the slicker brush. However with this brush it is less painful and my dog sits still longer than with any other slicker brush we have tried. Definitely recommend!

Nana: This brush really works. The trick is to get your pet to agree to let you use it on them in the first place. Once you get past that first hurdle you have it made. The hair does come off of it just as it said it did.

Janine Penney: I’ve had dogs for 30 years. I’ve mostly had Akitas. Let me tell you the rakes you use for Akitas do not do as well on a Shepherd coat. Both are double coated breeds but Akitas blow their coat 2x a year and Shepherds shed non stop. I bush him multiple times a week. I thought his coat was awesome until I got this brush. The first 5 or 6 brushes go slow! This brush gets really deep down to the skin. The first time I used it I went my normal speed and he yelped. I felt bad we hit a deep tangle. They are really dense at the honches near the hind legs. We got out so much hair! He loves this brush. My husband will say “want a brush?” And he spins and twirls to the back door. He’s almost 12 and loves to be groomed. This is not like any slicker brush I have ever used.

Christina: This is a perfect brush for people who have animals that are shedding constantly. My dog leaves hair all over the house. So I figured why not get ahead of it.
I purchased this brush. Perfect size for your hand, easy release so hair falls in the trash. He loves the brush because it scratches his back, and I can just sit with him and brush him.
He's not scared of it, and my dog is nearly scared of everything. Good quality, good price, easy to clean, and the dog is quite fond of it. It's a win, win situation. Not as much hair throughout the house. I would absolutely recommend.
