Clock is pretty - but directions for programming were entirely in Chinese - both on the box and in the instructional booklet. Supposedly 31 different melody choices. Several options - but even on the clock face itself, entirely in Chinese. A lot of time trying to select the best song. Still not sure which one will play as the alarm. Were hoping for a music box sound. These seemed tinny and unpleasant.

There are two types of music on this clock, chimes and e-music. The songs that utilize chimes are great. The others, blah. Unfortunately, most of the songs are e-music. For the songs that use chimes, I give it 5 stars. You can turn it up pretty loud, and there are a lot of songs to choose from. The color is very pretty. I wish there were instructions in English. However, it is easy to use without them. I would give this clock 5 stars if it was all chimes, and only 1/2 Disney.
When ordering, I strongly suggest you request it be mailed in a box, not an envelope. Or it might arrive crushed.

Very cool alarm clock. Can't find anything like this here in the states. This one that I ordered was from Japan. Over 30 musical songs including a lot of Disney movie theme songs. My niece dropped her jaws with eyes wide open the first time she saw this alarm clock. She wanted it so bad she couldn't say anything but just drool over the clock while she sat there for about 20 minutes playing every single song.
Well made for being manufactured in China. Very easy to read the time and glow in the dark hands make it nice in the dark. The instructions can be a bit confusing though... Other than that, very cool clock and a lot of fun. Will take a while to get tired of the songs, since there's so many to choose from.
