By: Sedgehammer +
Sedgehammer+ is the best weed killer on the market, based on customer support, ease of use, build quality, and design. This 1.3 oz product is perfect for residential, commercial, and industrial sites, controlling weeds with post-emergent applications. Each gallon of Sedgehammer+ covers up to 1,000sq.ft. in high volume broadcast applications, and contains methyl to control nutsedge in turfgrass and landscaped areas.John Langenstein: I had nutsedge really bad in my alfalfa food plot. I sprayed it based on the directions and it didn't kill the nutsedge. I made up another dose but at 1.5 times the recommended concentration and was finally able to get rid of the sedge. Sedge seems really hard to kill.

Dr. B: Ah, the never-ending battle with nutsedge – it's like the lime-green villain that just won't quit in your beautiful Bermuda lawn. It's as if Mother Nature has a sense of humor, creating these relentless green invaders to test our patience. I made the rookie mistake of trying to pluck them, only to find out they reproduce like rabbits with their tiny offspring. It's like a never-ending game of nutsedge Whac-A-Mole!
But then, enter the Sedgehammer herbicide, our trusty hero in this epic saga of the green vs. the not-so-green. It doesn't just knock them down; it knocks them down hard, like a knockout punch in a heavyweight boxing match. Within 72 hours, these nutsedge foes start to wither and brown, like they're auditioning for a role in a gardening horror movie. By 7-10 days, they look as dead as disco – a true triumph for the Bermuda lawn defender.
And as for those roots, well, they're in for a rough ride through most of the growing season. It's like they've enrolled in the school of hard knocks, with Sedgehammer as the unforgiving teacher. Sure, a few nutsedge survivors might try to pull a surprise comeback the next year, but they usually show up sparser than a...

Trey: Bought this to knock out some green kyllinga in my centipede lawn. It's definitely doing the trick and does not appear to affect the centipede grass. Mixing in a garden sprayer is pretty straightforward. Be aware that this bottle requires you to mix in your own surfactant. The individual pouches you can buy (which are a lot more expensive) have surfactant already included. This bottle is expensive but way more economical than the individual pouches if you need more than a gallon of solution.

Richard Burgess: Killed off the sedges, one application. the size of the bottle is deceiving, there is enough there for many applications. It simply just works right. Application time was about 40 minutes 7500 sq yard. Will be applying it spring and fall as my area is full of sedge.
